How it works

Sparqly Ops in three parts.

01

A deliberate transport boundary

The OCPP gateway runs on its own database, isolated from the platform. It speaks to the application over signed HTTP only, so a flood of slow charge events never locks billing — and it deploys blue-green, so a release is invisible to chargers.

02

Commands and diagnostics

Issue remote reset, unlock, availability, reservation, and charging-profile commands and watch them land in the message trace. Every OCPP frame is searchable with its payload intact, so a disputed session is inspected, not guessed.

03

The trigger layer

A fault here does not stop at a red icon. It raises offline and recovery alerts, can open a work order in Service, flags the session for Revenue, and writes the sequence to the evidence chain in Control.
